Research Interests: My interests lie in developing a rigorous foundation for the physics of living systems, so as to provide a platform in which to answer the many questions whose answers remain out of reach due to a lack of developed tools available. Big ask, but hey interests are meant to be big!

Education: BS in Physics from Arizona State University

Current Research: Currently, I am working on determining if distinctions can be made between living and non-living systems based on observable emergent properties, such as motion. Currently, this entails developing new ways of interpreting motion seen in living and non-living systems within a new physical framework known as assembly theory.

Personal: Outside the world of academia, I enjoy spending my time reading, relaxing, backpacking, and most of all travelling.
