PhD Student, School of Earth and Space Exploration
Research Interests: Intelligently steered systems, Planetary evolution, Laws of intelligence, Laws of life, Astrobiology, Anthropocene, Ecosystems functioning, Complex systems science, Artificial life, Evolutionary biology
Education: B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University, B.S. in Earth and Planetary Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology, M.S. in Earth and Planetary Science from University of Tokyo
Current Research: I am the project lead of "Sustainable Space Ecology" and project co-lead of the "Planetary Intelligence" project funded by Interplanetary Initiatives at ASU. My primary research interests are intelligently steered systems on planetary bodies, including the impact of technological civilizations, evolution of planetary systems, and steered complex systems.
Personal: In addition to exploring intellectual space through research and reading, I also enjoy exploring the physical world through traveling, outdoor activities, and interacting with diverse people.
